1) Is it legit?
– Yes! App developers typically spend money to advertise their apps as apps with higher downloads appear to be more popular and attract people. FeaturePoints acts as an advertising platform for apps to promote themselves in a more efficient manner. They get paid by app developers to market their apps for them and they in turn pay out a portion of it to their members for their effort.
2) How much will I be paid?
– It varies on how hard/fast you can work, minimum redemption is 3000 points for USD$5. Each App you test will give you 5-300 points. You should be able to meet the minimum redemption easily from even just a few minutes/day while travelling or idling.
3) How is payment made?
-Redeems points under the ‘Rewards’ Section of the Application. Choose your preferred mode of payment from the list of rewards. You can choose for instant payment to be made directly to your Paypal account.
4) Why are my points not updated after i tested the app?
– Most rewards are given out within 3-5mins. However, certain Apps require longer for the rewards to be processed. Typically rewards should be given out within 24hours.
If you do not receive your rewards after 24 hours:
– Try and re-install the application
– Make sure you have completed the tutorial/requirements for the app
– You need to use the app for 1-2minutes. Ensure a stable connection such that the timer does not reset.
You can test out other apps while waiting. If you do not receive your reward still, Contact Customer support by going to http://featurepoints.com/web/supportmail they should resolve the matter usually within 3-5 days
5) I keep getting stuck at the referral page and cannot proceed.
– Try restarting your phone/tablet and re-installing Feature Points app.
6) My screen froze/does not load.
– Try restarting the application
7) How can we get new apps, if we installed all the apps in Feature points?
– New apps for testing are added frequently, Check back daily for new apps to be tested
